Screencast Previews of upcoming Features

Take a gander at the screencasts below… I’m previewing three features coming up in Fluid 0.9.1.5 which should ship early this week. The previewed features are the new BrowsaBrowsa Plug-in, an option to hide (rather than close) the last Browser Window, and some UI improvements to the recently-released MenuExtra SSB feature. Enjoy.

I’m excited to see this split view plugin. It would be great for Google Reader so that you can view the actual article without getting too far away from your SSB. Looks great! Thanks for the continued development.

    Yay! Hidden windows!

The only thing that’s missing now is for the plugins to remember its size when closing and reopening.

    Hi Todd,
Nice improvements. What surprises me the most is how quickly you are rolling out new features, keep up the good work.
I have checked everywhere in the site but I don’t see a donate button! How about I buy you at least a beer?
Fluid was one of the main reasons I bought Leopard.

    Cheers …

    Hidden windows!

I am thinking the browsa browsa plugin would go nicely with something like the iphone digg page, sort of a sidebar dealy.

    Excited for the new release!

I have been asking for BrowsaBrowsa style functionality in the browser for so long! It just seems like a better way to move files from one place to another locally.

A great addition to any browser!
