Maybe this is a processor architecture bug, Im using an powerbook G4, has anyone else had this problem?

Unfortunately, I turned on Menu Extra SSB on my Gmail instance, and I can't launch it anymore : it does not even bounce in the dock, nor does it have an arrow...

(Ok, I just checked in my menu bar, and here it is. With no icon at all, though. Just a bunch of transparent pixels. I can't change its prefrences anymore (no menu) nor can I quit it the usual way.)

I changed back the MenuExtraSSB to 'no' in the preferences.plist, then force quit Gmail and all came back to default. System language is french, by the way. And the fluid instances I use were created back of the early days :)

Hope that helps resolving issue.

Pandora works great as a MenuExtra SSB. Just be sure to use its mini player: http://www.pandora.com/?cmd=mini.

Now its perfect! I can listen to music, and have it a click away from changing the channel. Great addition!

I guess it's a matter of aesthetics : maybe we want both the fluid instance to be in the menu bar and in the dock.

But that would do the trick for just the menu bar, I admit :)
