Woopsie… Fluid 0.8.2 Released

Fluid 0.8.1 had a serious issue whenever the “Browse Userscripts.org” menu item was selected. 0.8.2 is the fix.

  • FluidInstance.app: Bug fix for issue where Browse Userscripts.org menu item caused multiple windows to open.
  • FluidInstance.app: SSBs are smarter about what URLs match the “home URL”.
  • FluidInstance.app: URLs that fail to load no longer appear in the address bar autocomplete popup.

    Todd,

    I’m not whether I’m doing something wrong or is it Fluid’s fault - I always have to start my userscripts manually. Is there any way to fix this?

    My experience with Fluid is a bit disappointing. The first thing I tried to use it with is GMail, and the results are sketchy. I really can’t stand that every gmail link opens a blank window before opening the link in Firefox. All these blank windows basically render Exposé useless.

    I just went to close all the black fluid windows and had about 70 of them. Is there a userscript somewhere to correct this?
